The Designed to Fit plan includes remote coaching throughout your 4-week custom meal plan with a DTFN Registered Dietitian. This option also takes into consideration your food preferences, lifestyle, and personal diet challenges. With the Premium plan, your meal template is provided weekly by your assigned RD, which allows for ongoing communication and adjustments as needed. You will also have two weekly email check-ins with your Coach throughout your plan to keep you on track. This plan is perfect for someone who needs a little motivation and accountability with their diet. Our 4-week plan includes:
• 3-custom meal days per week to follow. Meal days are customized to your specific daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat settings to align with personal goals (workout and rest days included)
• Macronutrient adjustments as needed
• Grocery shopping lists with simple food prep instructions
• 2-email check-ins per week with your Registered Dietitian to assess progress
