kerrie gotell

Co-Owner & Designed to Fit Coach

Kerrie is the owner and head coach at KFITBODY, an all-women’s bootcamp in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She is a Precision Nutrition Certified L1 Coach, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and earned a SCW Certification in Sports Nutrition.

In 2011, Kerrie left her career as a Physical Therapy Assistant to open KFITBODY. While exercise was essential to her clients’ overall health, a significant part of their success came down to proper nutrition. After years of implementing various gym nutrition challenges to educate women on how to properly fuel their bodies with foods they enjoyed, she realized some of them needed more support. In 2015, Kerrie became a Precision Nutrition Coach and began to incorporate custom meals plans into her current business using the Designed to Fit philosophy.

Katie Kiely

Designed to Fit Coach

Katie is an owner and coach at CrossFit Black Pearl in Hampton, NH and has her bachelors in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Vermont. After starting coaching in 2012, she started to gain interest in performance nutrition and how diet can greatly hinder or enhance both body composition, performance goals and overall health and well-being. She began privately coaching nutrition clients 4 years ago at her gym and then remotely expanded to clients all over. She is currently studying to become a certified Health and Wellness Coach through WellCoaches (ACSM) and has obtained several other functional fitness specialty certifications including a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She now works with a wide variety of clients and loves connecting with individuals, working closely with them to help them achieve their goals through balanced nutrition and creating habits that they can maintain for life. She is so excited to expand her knowledge, skills, and client base by working with the DTFN team!

Laura Ligos

Registered Dietitian & Designed to Fit Coach

Laura is a registered dietitian and blogger behind The Sassy Dietitian (thesassydietitian.com). She is also a CrossFit L1 trainer and can be found swinging from the rings and pull-up bars on the regular.

Laura’s passion for health and wellness stems from her passion for both fueling athletes of all abilities and also helping those with allergies and intolerances find foods that are healthy and delicious. She believes that real food should be made simple and that you should be able to indulge in some of the finer things in life, like chocolate, wine and cheese. Laura lives in Schenectady, New York with her husband and wheaten terrier puppy, Bode.

Emma Hammond

Designed to Fit Coach

Emma Hammond is the owner of Healthy Balance based out of Savannah GA. After receiving her BS in Psychology in 2014, she decided to utilize her education to help people develop the skills to sustain a healthy lifestyle. She became a Certified Personal Trainer & Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification to give her clients a whole picture approach to wellness.

Emma’s passion for coaching clients was developed through her own personal journey of ups & downs in diet & fitness industry. Once she found how empowering having the knowledge, strength & commitment to wellness could be, she knew it was her job to help others navigate their own path to health. She is a big advocate of building a positive relationship with food & nutrition so that it adds to your quality of life. Customizing client’s nutrition to fit their lives & building healthy habits along the way is what she is excited to bring to the DTFN community!

In her free time, she enjoys spending plenty of time outdoors with her husband & 2 crazy puppies. While she loves eating delicious food, spending too much fuss in the kitchen is not her jam. She loves playing with ways to make eating a mostly whole foods diets delicious & practical with a busy schedule.

Tina Haupert

Co-Owner & Designed to Fit Coach

Tina Haupert is a writer, cookbook author, mom, and the blogger behind Carrots ‘N’ Cake, a popular healthy living and lifestyle website focused on food, fitness, and fun. Tina is a certified Precision Nutrition Coach as well as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Tina started Carrots ‘N’ Cake as a way to document her daily meals and workouts to keep herself accountable to shape up for her wedding day. Over the course of the next 9 years, Carrots ‘N’ Cake changed from a personal online journal to a place where Tina shares her love of food, staying fit, and living a healthy life with hundreds of thousands of followers. While she always strives to pack the most nutrients possible into each of her meals, Tina has a number of favorite foods that are not necessarily “healthy,” but are still delicious and fun to eat. If eaten in moderation, these “bad” foods can be part of a well-balanced diet. This same philosophy and desire to share it with others also inspired the philosophy behind Designed to Fit Nutrition.

Christina Lombardi

Registered Dietitian & Designed to Fit Coach

Christina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and an owner of Elevation Fitness in Babylon, New York. She is also a Clinical Nutritionist at a premier hospital in New York. She has her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and a Masters in Nutrition from CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College. Her background focuses on weight loss and medical nutrition therapy. Christina has always had a love for food, fitness and nutrition. During her early 20s, she struggled with maintaining a healthy weight, which ultimately lead her to the path to change careers and become a registered dietitian nutritionist. Over the past six years Christina has devoted her much of her time to studying nutrition and applying her teachings to help clients reach their lifestyle goals. Christina’s meal plan style focuses on whole foods. She has found that once individuals remove artificial foods from their diet, they attain a taste for fresh whole foods and truly enjoy eating them! Christina lives in Long Island, New York with her Husband, and two pups, Pace and Jade.

Kelsey Speltz

Registered Dietitian & Designed to Fit Coach

I grew up loving food/cooking and wanting to become a singing doctor (my 4 year old self was so wise) so I could help people. As a Registered Dietitian, it’s been a dream to be able to marry both passions 2o+years later to work with individuals on how to reach their health goals and repair their relationships with food.

I’ve worked as a grocery store Dietitian where I had the opportunity to do anything from community health screenings, to cooking classes, to weight loss challenges to personal 1:1 coaching; I’ve worked at a Lifetime Fitness as a Dietitian where I focused not only on personal coaching, but improving overall health by working to identify and resolve underlying gut, hormonal and metabolic conditions through food; and I work as a corporate wellness Dietitian and wellness coach with a lot of experience in behavior change.

I truly believe no food is a good or a bad food and I live by the motto of KISS (Keep It Simple Smarty) and Eat Donuts; meaning eating healthy to fuel our bodies can be uncomplicated and delicious, and there is ALWAYS room to fit in donuts 
