I completed both the 12-week Custom and the Macros + Meals plan with Designed to Fit
Nutrition and Coach Kelli. I cannot say enough good things about this program and Coach Kelli.
After years of marathon training, my weight had slowly increased with each training session. I
started the program while taking a year off, but I learned that I was gaining weight during this
time because I wasn’t fueling myself correctly.

In the beginning, it was HARD to eat the amount of food on my plan, both mentally and physically. I felt like I was eating too much, and I kept thinking I would gain additional weight. However, when I signed up, I committed to following the program and waited to see what would happen. During my 12-week Custom meal plan, I lost 7 pounds and 3% body fat. I also became much more comfortable in my eating habits and, even more important, comfortable in my clothes.

I signed up for Macros + Meals plan when I started marathon training again. I also began an autoimmune protocol at the same time. Kelli was FANTASTIC with helping me find recipes and providing suggestions while I navigated through this protocol.

At this point, I have identified foods that I should not eat and have a plethora of recipes that I can continue to use. In addition, I have learned how to track my macros successfully with MyFitnessPal to stay on track. Kelli also gave me an awesome framework for how to refuel after a long run. I have struggled to eat enough food after my long runs and she gave me an exact formula on how much more to eat depending how long my Saturday run is. It has been extremely helpful!!

I cannot say enough good things about this program. It is 100% worth the money. I feel so
much more comfortable with my health and my ability to track my macros on my own. The
knowledge gained is totally worth it!
