Meet Lee Ann:

“I lost 17.2lbs on my first 8-week plan and that was without exercise. I was so focused on eating right that I was not ready to venture out into the world of exercise. I then followed the meal plan for approximate 9 weeks on my own and continued to lose weight. I personally liked the structure of having the meal plans and getting new food ideas and recipes, so I signed up for a 2nd plan. This time, I slowly started incorporating exercise into my plan and am now more active then I have been in years. I still have a long way to go on my journey to health but since I signed up with DTFN, I have lost over 42lbs and I have my energy back. However, with the tools and support I received from my coach, I totally feel like I got this!”

Meet Nikki:

“During the first few weeks of my meal plan, I knew immediately this was what I was missing. I was lacking so much nutritionally, it was insane. Prior to DTFN, I was eating 1,000 calories a day, working out like crazy, and not understanding why I wasn’t seeing results. Every single day during the first few weeks of my plan, I felt better and better – and I was actually seeing the scale go down. I was so baffled that I could eat more and lose weight. Every day, I started to wake up ready for the day, excited for whatever meals I had planned, and I would look forward to my workout. Meet Kelly:

“My expectations for DTFN weren’t crazy. I just wanted to get back to a place where I felt comfortable in my own skin and not feel like I was dying during workouts. The day after Christmas, I bought a 4-week meal plan. I was beyond excited to start when January 23rd rolled around. My biggest fear was that I was going to be hungry. My portions were out of control before my meal plan so I was so nervous that I would be starving the whole time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I wasn’t hungry at all (after the initial 2-3 day adjustment period). After 4 weeks, I was way less bloated, was having less digestive issues, and had lost a few pounds. More importantly, my stress and anxiety decreased significantly and I noticed a huge improvement in the gym. I ultimately made the decision to sign on for an additional 6 weeks and it was the best decision for me. Signing on for 10 weeks gave me the confidence to continue this journey on my own.”

Meet Kiley:

“After having a baby, I lost most of the weight, but my body was different. I also felt tired all the time, so I didn’t work out as much and just didn’t feel good. It was time for a change. I asked for a DTFN meal plan for Christmas and it was by far the best gift I received. I’ve always been an athlete, and I love to work out.  I would play in soccer leagues, do CrossFit, run triathlons, go to SoulCycle, Orangetheory and boxing classes. You get it, I like to sweat. I know what healthy foods are and tried to eat well, but I also like pizza, chips and cookies. I would give myself the green light to pretty much eat what I wanted because I worked out so hard.

I can’t say enough good things about the DTFN plan. It really highlighted all of the bad habits that I developed and gave me the accountability and tools that I needed to make some changes. I started with an 8-week Custom plan. I put my head down and ate what Tina told me to. Guess what? It worked! I lost 10 pounds and felt great.”

Meet Kim:

“I had my first baby in October and was looking for a plan to help me lose the baby weight. Even though I was pretty active throughout my pregnancy (4-5 CrossFit classes a week), I didn’t always fuel my body with the best foods. I ended up gaining 60 pounds, and it was no surprise that it would be a struggle to lose the weight, post-baby. I decided to sign up for the 8-week meal plan. Since I wouldn’t be able to be as active, or even active at all, I knew that I needed to dial in my nutrition in order to get in the shape I wanted to be in.

Week after week, I was excited to get my meal plans. The ease of having everything planned out for me each week was amazing. There were so many recipes and combinations that were on my meal plan that I would never have thought to make. I had so many restrictions (gluten and dairy free) due to breastfeeding, and Tina was more than willing to work with them. DTFN was the perfect plan for me, and I loved that checking in with my coach every week held me accountable. The 8 weeks were over before I knew it, and I lost a total of 16 pounds and 4% body fat. With the help of Tina and what I learned through DTFN, I was able to lose a total of 50 pounds and 5.5% body fat postpartum!”

Meet Alicia & Walter:

“Besides weight loss, Walter and I have experienced some major non-scale victories in the past year. Before starting any meal plans, my blood pressure and cholesterol were so high that my doctor wanted to put me on medication for both. I asked her to give me some time to work on my weight and change my diet. When I went back 12 weeks later for another check-up and everything came back in a normal range and has continued to stay that way since. Walter has also suffered from acid reflux and took daily medication for years. After starting the DTFN meal plans, his acid reflux is almost non-existent and he hasn’t taken any medication for over 10 months. As a couple who are still in their 30s, this makes us so happy not to be on daily medications!”

Meet Ryan:

Ryan and his wife Beth started DTFN back in February 2017. Ryan made some awesome progress with his eating and even went through a job position change during one of his meal plans and worked hard to rearrange his eating schedule. He and his wife were great to work with because they gave feedback weekly and were up to try new things. Ryan’s before/after photos speak for themselves but he (and his wife) were so compliant with the meal plan that it really paid off. Just shows if you put your mind to something and give it your all, you will reap the benefits.

Meet Jess:

Jessica was only 1-month postpartum after having her second little one when she signed up for DTFN. She wanted to get back to her happy weight but made sure she did so in a healthy way. Jessica jumped on board for an 8-week custom program with a dietitian. As she was still breastfeeding and wanted to ensure she was taking into account her extra nutritional needs.

Jessica shared with her coach: “The amount of energy I have had this week has been incredible! I feel like I am so much more present playing with my children at the end of the day then I have been able to be in a long time.”

Meet Valerie:

Valerie was “really nervous to sign up because I was so afraid to fail.” She shared, “it was tough in the beginning, but now it’s a part of my everyday life. I am starting to understand my body & how it feels to properly fuel myself. I have noticed my energy level is so much different when I am eating well. I am charged & ready to go!! I get tired, but not in that weighed down way from sugar & a lack of protein & healthy fats.”.

“DTFN has made me feel younger, not that 41 is old, but I had been slowing down & hated it. I have gone down two pants sizes & reached my first 20lb weight loss goal. Having a great relationship with my coach, who has been responsive, supportive & accommodating throughout, has made my DTFN experience a great one.”
