Jumpstart

Do you need a little jumpstart to get you back on track with healthy eating? Our 1-week plan is the perfect motivation! It’s customized to your specific macronutrient needs and includes recipes, a corresponding grocery list, and meal prep ideas. This plan is great for someone who needs a little push with their diet, but doesn’t require personalized accountability to stay on track.

• Personalized macronutrient calculation, based off a number of factors, including body composition, goals, activity level, and caloric needs

Macros + Meals

Our Macros + Meals Plan (8- and 12-week options) is perfect for someone who already has a good handle on their diet and who already counts macronutrients (via tracking app, like MyFitnessPal) or wants to learn how, but is looking for meal/snack ideas and accountability to reach their goals. Each week, you’ll receive up to six new, macro-friendly recipes to use as the foundation of your meal plan. With your personalized macronutrient calculations in mind, you will design a day of eating (via tracking app) to fit your personal needs and food preferences. This plan includes one-on-one coaching and weekly check-ins to keep you motivated on track. Your DTFN coach will also assist you with any sort of tracking challenges– from hitting specific macronutrient numbers to planning a night out with your daily goals in mind.

Includes:

The Designed to Fit plan includes one-on-one remote coaching throughout your 4-week custom meal plan. This option also takes into consideration your food preferences, lifestyle, and personal diet challenges. With the Premium plan, your meal template is provided weekly by your assigned Designed to Fit Coach, which allows for ongoing communication and adjustments as needed. You will also have weekly email check-ins with your Coach throughout your plan to keep you on track. This plan is perfect for someone who needs a little motivation and accountability with their diet.

Includes:

• 4 weeks of meal plans, customized to your specific daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat settings to align with personal goals (workout and rest days included)
• Individualized grocery shopping lists with easy food prep instructions
• Healthy and easy-to-make recipes

Designed To Fit Premium

You will also have weekly email check-ins with your Coach throughout the 8 weeks to keep you on track. Our Designed to Fit Premium plan is perfect for someone who wants/needs ongoing accountability and motivation for their specific goals.

8-Week Pre/Post Partum

Similar to our Premium Plan, the Prenatal/Postpartum Plan is designed to fit the needs of moms! It includes everything that our Premium Plan offers, but our Registered Dietitian takes into account special nutritional considerations for moms-to-be as well as those breastfeeding while safely losing the baby weight.

• 8 weeks of Registered Dietitian-approved meal plans, customized to your specific daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat settings to align with personal goals (workout and rest days included) and take into account prenatal or postnatal nutritional needs

12-Week Premium Plan

Includes everything listed in the Designed to Fit Premium option for both you and your partner. Our plans work best with couples who live together since you’ll eat similar meals, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.
