Our 3-Week Post-Summer Slim Down incorporates whole, unprocessed foods and low sugar to reset your body and reduce cravings as you work toward your weight loss and health goals. This meal plan starts Monday, September 18th, so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible! ***Deadline to sign up is Saturday, September, 9th. 

dtfn custom

DTFN custom is a meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat (i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) in portions that align with your specific macronutrient goals while keeping in mind your individual food preferences, activity level, and personal diet challenges. Your meal plan is created weekly by your assigned Designed to Fit Coach, which allows for ongoing communication, support, and adjustments as needed. With our custom option, we do all of the planning for you! This meal plan is perfect for some who prefers to follow a structured plan. Includes:

• Weekly meal plans customized to your specific daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat settings to align with personal goals (workout and rest days included)
• One-on-one coaching and accountability
• Weekly weigh-ins and progress check-ins with coach
• Macronutrient adjustments as needed
• Grocery shopping lists with simple food prep instructions
• Ongoing community support

macros + meals

Our Macros + Meals Plan includes your individual macronutrient prescription with macro-friendly recipes and one-on-one coaching. Each week, you’ll receive up to six new recipes to use as the foundation of your meal plan to design your days of eating (via tracking app, like MyFitnessPal). This option differs from our DTFN plans by offering you more flexibility and autonomy with your diet. This plan is perfect for someone who already has a good handle on counting macronutrients, but is looking for fresh meal ideas and accountability to reach their goals.Includes:

• Daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat settings to align with personal goals
• One-on-one coaching and accountability
• Weekly weigh-ins and progress check-ins with coach
• Macronutrient adjustments as needed
• Guidance related to tracking challenges (i.e. trouble reaching protein goals, dining out)
• Up to 6 recipes with macronutrient calculations each week of your plan
• Grocery shopping lists with simple food prep instructions
• Ongoing community support
• Custom macro adjustments as needed
