We all have varying nutritional backgrounds and levels of knowledge, which means forming new habits is more than just “hitting your macros.” We realize some people only have 5 minutes for breakfast in the morning and others can’t stomach a heavy meal after a late-night workout. As foodies and athletes ourselves, we totally get it, which is why we have a more customize approach to our meal plans with constant one-on-one support and accountability.

Designed to Fit Nutrition is different from those calculation tools you find online and other macronutrient-focused companies that only provide cookie-cutter calculations based on very limited and impersonal information. We realize everyone has different challenges when it comes to balanced eating—whether it’s struggles with meal prep, knowing what or how much to eat, or simply everyday accountability—we’ve got you covered. Our client in-take is a lot more in-depth and detailed, so we really get to know you and your current lifestyle habits—even your taste preferences! Let’s say, for example, you hate Greek yogurt. No problem, we’ll find you another healthy option. You can’t live without Cheez-Its in your life? That’s okay. We’ll make them work while figuring out the best way possible to fuel your body and help you achieve your goals. We also realize that life happens: vacations, holidays, and happy hour. They’re all part of life and events you don’t want to miss, so, with this in mind, we show you how to use our plans to best fit your goals.

At the end of the day, we want you to succeed and see results, and we are confident that a custom meal plan from Designed to Fit will transform both your eating habits and body in the best way possible. Please check out our Plans & Pricing for more information about what we have to offer!
