Last May, I graduated from nursing school—which is where I ended up eating everything in sight (and consuming a lot of alcohol) because I thought I could avoid doing anything school related if I were eating. The entire summer I complained about how none of my clothes fit, my butt was eating my bathing suit bottoms and had nothing to wear. Basically, I lived in gym clothes. Client Spotlight: Lauren

I bought an 8-week Macros and Meal plan with DTFN after seeing so many success stories and trying some of the recipes I had seen posted on Carrots ‘n Cake (they were all delicious and easy). As someone who has always loved cooking, I was thrilled to find a meal plan that offered me new recipes each week, but also allowed me to keep making some of my favorite go-to meals.  I was given so many recipes that weeks after my program has ended, I still haven’t made them all! Client Spotlight: Alicia & Walter

It’s no secret that we have both struggled with weight loss in the past and our weights have yoyo’d up and down for years… more recently going up instead of down! However, in the past 16 months, I have lost 55 pounds and Walter has lost 40 pounds. It didn’t all come off at once (DTFN is not a quick fix fad diet) but has been a steady work in progress. I started my journey to a healthier me nearly 6 years ago when I became a member at KFIT. I promise I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not run around the block or do a single push-up before starting KFIT. In September 2016, I had hit my highest weight and was at a low point in my life. I had just cancelled a fall vacation because I didn’t want to spend the money on a trip that I knew I wouldn’t truly enjoy due to my weight, fitness, and energy levels. Client Spotlight: Kim Minsky

I had my first baby in October and was looking for a plan to help me lose the baby weight. Even though I was pretty active throughout my pregnancy (4-5 CrossFit classes a week), I didn’t always fuel my body with the best foods.
